Byhaven
Byhaven is one of the busiest city centre shopping precincts in Trondheim,
with an annual turnover of EUR 43 million. EBO Eiendom purchased and
rebuilt the complex without disturbing either the high street traffic
or any of the existing businesses. EBO created the shopping centre
and recruited 50 tenants with a common target group. Byhaven
quickly positioned itself as a shopping centre with a broad range of
shops and has since acquired a solid market share in one of Norway’s
most competitive commercial centres. Byhaven consists of approximately
10,000 square metres of shops and businesses and 1,100 square metres
of residential property.
The centre was sold on in 2001.

Kulsås residential estate, Trondheim
An area just south of the city containing 180 plots for a combination of detached houses, terrace houses and terraced apartments. The area was originally planned
for development as early as 1983 but no one was in a position to take up the
challenge. The owners of EBO Eiendom took over the project and subsequently developed Trondheim’s newest residential estate close to where the World Championships in Nordic Skiing were held in 1997.
Building started in 2003 and all sites are now developed.
