Subsidiary EBO International, 45% shareholding. Developing hotels, offices,
shops, car parks and a convention and expo centre with total floor space of
approx. 300,000 mē over the next 10-12 years.
Construction to start in the autumn of 2007.

50% stake through EBO Baltic. Approx. 12,000mē development (8 buildings of
6 floors) + parking. Mainly consists of flats, but offices planned on ground
floors of some of the buildings.

80% stake through EBO Baltic. Purely residential development consisting of
terraces and small blocks of flats. Currently obtaining planning permission
for this 4.8 hectare site approx. 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of
Riga and approx. 10 minutes from the beach town of Jurmala.

50% stake through EBO Baltic; approx. 1,000 mē of rehabilitation and approx.
1,000 mē of new build. Apartment project in the centre of Liepaja.
Rehabilitation started, sales started, planning of new builds started.

32% stake through EBO Real Estate. Mainly residential mixed use project.
Currently obtaining planning permission for this 26 hectare site.
