EBO Eiendom’s head office is in the city of Trondheim. Company`s vision is to purchase, develop and sell property. We have developed or own city centre properties in what is regarded as Norway’s most attractive city. Since 1993 we have bought and developed more than 100,000 square metres of real estate, witch now are sold. We are now developing several more 10,000 square metres. EBO Eiendom is owned 50-50 by EBO Gruppen and Staur Holding. Staur Holding is a leading investment company in Mid-Norway with around EUR 33 million in equity. Staur Holding has revitalised several companies and is involved in aquaculture, technology, food production, oil & gas and real estate.
